    Oneiric Energy (Dreaming)

For the past five years, as Dreamer, I've been honing my powers. And not to brag, but I can turn Dream Energy into just about anything.

Oneiric Energy, also known as Dream Energy, is an unknown energy from the Dreaming and was used by countless female individuals with Naltorian DNA in their blood.
