Nebraska State Penitentiary is a state correctional facility located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

In November 2020, Larry Crock and Paula Brooks were arrested for their crimes as members of the Injustice Society of America, with Crock and Brooks being incarcerated in Nebraska State Penitentiary.[1]
Months later in Summer 2021, Crock and Brooks escaped to witness their daughter's audition, while willingly returning to the penitentiary afterwards with the help of Pat Dugan and Courtney Whitmore.[1] However, they once again left the penitentiary to assist the Justice Society of America against Eclipso, and continued to reside in Blue Valley afterwards.[2]
