Dr. Meena Dhawan, nicknamed Fast Track by Barry Allen, is the CEO of Fast Track Labs and a user of the Negative Speed Force.

Dhawan runs at superhuman speed

• Temporary Negative Speed Force Connection: Using the Biometric Lightning Oscillation Chamber, which was originally designed to harness lightning in the Earth's upper atmosphere, Dhawan gained a connection to the Negative Speed Force. However, due to the fact that the connection was artificial, it can only be maintained for a short period of time until she could recharge in the chamber. Additionally, it was later revealed that the machine was built by Eobard Thawne, who subconsciously designed it according to his designs in the erased timeline and unknowingly connected Dhawan to the dangerous Negative Speed Force.
  • Accelerated Healing Factor: Dhawan can heal from injuries at an exceptional speed.
  • Electrokinesis: As a speedster, Dhawan can harness lightning from the Negative Speed Force as projectile weapons. Dhawan has yet to be able to accurately throw a lightning bolt, but had previously done so on accident.
    • Negative Speed Force Aura: When Dhawan runs, an invisible shield protects her from external forces.
  • Superhuman Agility: Dhawan can easily leap through projectiles and complete complex stunts when running at superhuman speed.
  • Superhuman Durability: Despite being knocked away at an exceptionally high speed over great distances, Dhawan showed no visible injuries nor pain.
  • Superhuman Momentum: Dhawan is able to withstand extreme kinetic energy. She is also able to stop completely even running at a superhuman speed.
  • Superhuman Speed: Dhawan is able to run at a high speed, exceeding 300 meters per second with ease and even the speed of sound.
    • Aerokinesis: By spinning herself, Dhawan is able to create wind and tornadoes from her body.
    • Superhuman Reflexes: Dhawan is able to respond to attacks quickly, reacting to them and counteracting them within seconds.
  • Superhuman Stamina: Despite running at a high rate of metabolism, Dhawan does not show any signs of exhaustion.

Abilities

• Genius-level Intellect: Dhawan, despite living in the 21st century, was able to understand Thawne's advanced technological designs from at least a century later and even improve said designs.
  • Engineering: Dhawan was able to work with Thawne and create the complex Biometric Lightning Oscillation Chamber.
  • Physics: After studying the physics of The Flash's superhuman speed, Dhawan became fixated on and specialized in concepts related to being a speedster.

Weaknesses

• Heart Condition: Prior to getting her abilities, Dhawan suffered from an unknown heart condition and had the risk of going into cardiac arrest. The condition soon faded as she was physically enhanced by the BLOC.

Former Weaknesses

• Time Limit: Due to the artificial connection to the Negative Speed Force, Dhawan can only run for a limited period of time before being required to recharge.
