Lois Lane was born to Sam Lane as the sister of Lucy Lane. At some point, she fell in love with Kal-El and gave birth to a pair of twins in around 2006.

When Jon discovered his abilities, Lane worked with their family public relations team on promoting her superpowered son, making him one of the most famous individuals on Earth. However, the relationship between the family slowly grew tense as Kal became less and less focused on the family, enraging Lane and appearing as a negligent parent to Jon.[1]

In 2021, Lane decided to leave Kal, bringing Jordan to her father. Unfortunately, Jon attacked the DOD Headquarters after joining Ally Allston, demanding Project 4377, and was denied the request.
