Kelly Olsen is an expert psychologist and a social worker of the California Department of Social Services. Olsen is also the daughter of Marcus Olsen, the sister of James Olsen, the wife of Alex Danvers and the adoptive mother of Esme.
After Obsidian North's bankruptcy, Olsen became a social worker and discovered the unjust system for ex-convicts. Olsen then took over the mantle Guardian from her brother and served as a vigilante sworn to protect people in need.
