The Ghost Initiative, formerly named as Task Force X, nicknamed by Floyd Lawton as Suicide Squad, was a task force consists of criminals organised by A.R.G.U.S. in order to earn reduced imprisonments, parole or early release.
History
Formation
At some point, Amanda Waller put together criminals with special skills who are incarcerated and formed Task Force X.
Later, several criminals who are apprehended by The Arrow were recruited to the task force.
