Biography
Original timeline
In 1977, he was a member of The Smell until Atropos attacked London looking for Charlie. After Atropos knew that Charlie left 3 days ago, she killed Declan by showing her true form.[1]
Current timeline
After the Legends defeated the Fates and destroyed the Loom of Fate, they changed the timeline and resurrected the casualties when they fought the Fates.[2]
