Central City Fire Department (CCFD) is one of the emergency services in Central City.

During the particle accelerator explosion, CCFD was presumed to be sent across the city to rescue those injured and brought them to hospitals such as Central City Hospital.[2]
On May 22, 2018, the Enlightenment started, and Team Flash caused a satellite to shut down in order to save the planet. However, the debris hit different locations in the city and caused a chain of fire, causing the department to go into action.[3]
