Officer Vukuvich was a police officer for the Central City Police Department.

When Barry Allen woke up from a coma he went to the Central City Police Department and he ran into officer Vukuvich who commented that he still looked as if he was twelve even after his nap.[1]
He later wrote down Clyde Mardon's partial license plate and put out an APB on his vehicle at the request of Detective Joe West.[1]
