Tori Whale is the sister of Tobias Whale.

Tori suffered from ALS and Tobias promised a cure for the disease. Tobias then gave her a cure, which led to side effects on her physiology, giving her enhanced longevity.[2] However, she died under an unknown incident in 2018 and Tobias blamed the death on Black Lightning.[1][3]
