Thomas "Tommy" Elliot is the serial killer known as Hush and the childhood best friend of Bruce Wayne.

Manipulation: Tommy is an expert in manipulation as he was both able to convince psychiatrists at Arkham that he was insane in order to avoid the death penalty and trick Alice and Mouse into helping him escape without revealing to them that Lucius Fox's journal was written in code.^[1]
Stealth: Tommy is skilled in stealth as he has able to quietly take down his victims at Gotham University and was able to sneak up on Luke Fox and Julia Pennyworth.^[2]
Expert Marksman: Tommy is highly trained in the use of firearms and has demonstrated precise shooting whilst kidnapping John Carr from Gotham University's library.^[2]
Skilled Knife Wielder: Tommy is a capable knife wielder as he managed to stab and seriously injure Alice.^[3]
High Pain Tolerance: Tommy has been shown to have a remarkably high pain tolerance as he did not appear to be in a high level of pain after having his face removed^[1] or when he had a Batarang thrown into his leg.^[2]

Bandages: Tommy wears bandages over his face due to it being cut off by Alice.^[1]
Trenchcoat: Tommy wears a trenchcoat when operating as the Hush.^[2]
Silenced twin M1911 45. handguns: Tommy uses a pair of M1911 45. handguns with silencers attached when operating as Hush.^[2]

Shiv: Tommy used a homemade shiv to stab Alice that he hid in his shoe. He lost it after being sent to solitary for the stabbing.^[3]
