The Smallville Fire Department, also known as Smallville, KS Fire & Rescue, is the local fire department of Smallville.
History
New Chief
In 2004, Kyle Cushing joined the department[1] and by 2020, was promoted to fire chief.[2]
Suspicious Activities
In fall 2020, the fire department was called to put out a fire in the Shuster Mines after Jordan Kent accidentally caused an explosion with his heat vision. Clark Kent then shortly arrived on the scene to comfort his sons and thanked Cushing for helping.[2]
Following the battle of Smallville, the fire department assisted the rebuilding on Main Street.[3]
