General Sam Lane was a military general of the U.S. Army and a member of the Resistance against Superman.

Early Life[edit | hide]
At some point, Lane joined the U.S. army against Superman and led a group of soldiers including John Henry Irons.[1]
Death[edit | hide]
Later, his group of soldiers was attacked by Superman. Superman used his heat vision and successfully killed countless soldiers as well as injuring Lane. Moments before his death, he gave his badge marked "Hell" on the back to Irons, which was given to his doppelgänger.[1]

- Marksmanship: Lane was able to use a firearm against Superman. However, as Kal was bulletproof, it did not impede him.[1]
