Biography

Deal with Julia

At some point in 2019, Julia Pennyworth approached Safiyah and made a deal to call off Rifle's pursuit of Kate Kane in order to get Lucius Fox's journal.

After a mission in the Lookout, Safiyah called Julia on her status and prompted Julia to retrieve the journal for her. After knowing the content of the journal, Julia refused and closed the deal.

Days later, Kate Kane's jet exploded in midair and crashed. Safiyah then sent a note to Alice claiming they are even, presumably sabotaging the plane and taking part in the explosion.
