Roman Sionis is the leader of the False Face Society known as Black Mask and the owner of Janus Cosmetics.
Biography
Rise of Snakebite
At some point, Roman became the leader of the False Face Society.[2]
The False Face Society later came to the attention of Crows Security through their sale of a drug named Snakebite which led to the Crows discovering that he's their leader.[2]

- Leadership: Roman is the owner of a successful business as well as an intimidating gang in Gotham City.
- Intimidation: Roman is able to intimidate both Batwoman and his gang members by his ruthless attitude and the use of a black skull mask.
