Biography
Rise of Tobias Whale
In 2021, Red was ordered to assassinate Mayor Black.
Red later assisted Tobias Whale and intimidated Marshall Bates in order to speed up the production of the DEGs. He then threatened Bates with a bullet to the latter's head, using his powers to stop the bullet midair.[1]
A few weeks later, Red was present during the activation of the Energy Field Emitter. Whale fired a bullet to him as he wore a power-restoring bracelet, with him being able to stop the bullet. Red was then told to remove the bracelet, allowing the bullet to fly according to its original trajectory. Red was frightened and Tobias laughed as he put the bracelet back on.[2]
Soon, Red was assigned to attack JJ Stewart and Uriah Coleman. Red successfully killed Uriah[3] and was assaulted by JJ, who later sent Red to Freeland PD custody.[4]
