Dr. Raymond Carson "Ray" Palmer (born 1981) was a scientist and the CEO of Palmer Technologies. In 2014, Ray built the A.T.O.M. Exosuit according to the O.M.A.C. design of Queen Consolidated and became the vigilante, The Atom.
