Phillip Karnowsky, also known as Vigilante, is a former member of Intergang and a drug runner of X-Kryptonite.
Biography
Intergang
At some point, Karnowsky donned a costume and operated as "Vigilante", working for the Intergang and against Superman. He was later exposed by Lois Lane and later placed in custody.[1]
X-K
In 2021, after Tal-Rho's exploits in Smallville, Karnowsky was able to acquire X-Kryptonite from the Shuster Mines and discovered its body-enhancing properties. Soon afterwards, Karnowsky himself took some of the drugs, giving him the physiology to fight Superman and the Supermen of America.[2]
