Paul Van Duzer is a candidate for district attorney in Central City.

At some point in 1990, Paul Van Duzer ran for district attorney with Thomas Castillo as his opponent. This caused him to send the Flash to find some dirt on him at his campaign headquarters only for the Flash to decided to promote him by placing posters all over town.[2]
