Patty Spivot (1994-December 10, 2019) was a police detective at CCPD and later a criminology student at Midway City University.

Biography

Early Life

In 2011, while Patty was 17, she was working part-time at her father's shoe shop in Chesterfield after school. However, she decided to "have fun" with her classmates and did not notify her father, causing him to go to deposit in Fairfield Bank. Unfortunately, Mark Mardon was robbing the bank and killed Patty's father, causing her to regret and sought revenge for her father as well as joining CCPD.

Joining the Task Force

Few years later, Patty successfully joined the CCPD and became a police officer. After Eddie Thawne's death during a fight against Reverse-Flash, Patty found out that Joe West created the Anti-Meta-Human Task Force and applied to join under Captain Singh's suggestion. Joe refused her application and she kept on asking during an investigation of arson. She then found evidence of the crime and introduced herself to Barry, allowing her to have Barry give a good word to Joe after arresting a wrong suspect. Not having any evidence against Slick, they let him go and the true criminal attacked the both of them while kidnapping Spivot. He tied Spivot in a chair next to a pressure bomb until two Flashes rescued her from Sand Demon. After the kidnapping, Patty told Joe about her regret and past convincing Joe to promote her to detective as well as recruiting her to the task force.
