Matthew Norvock is a reformed criminal and an informant of Frost.
Biography
Working for Amunet Black
Matthew Norvock worked for Amunet Black alongside "Killer Frost". Eventually, both left her organization and reformed. Frost returned to Team Flash while Norvock served as her street informant.
Trial of Killer Frost
In 2020, Norvock attended Frost's trial and thanked her for her resistance against punishment of power removal.[1]
