Biography
In 1990, Linda noticed Barry Allen arrival at the Central City Armory after the Dark Riders attack. She questioned him about the attack. When she noticed the way his "colleague" is dressed, she figured out that he was just a forensic scientist and asked her cameraman to cut it. Later, during Chief Cooper promotion of the new motorcycle squad that could counter the Dark Riders, she and the other reporter were panicking during the Dark Riders attack. After the attack, she asked the head of the motorcycle division Jay Allen how will he respond to this humiliation. Jay then told her that he will kill a those bikers.[1]
