Malcolm Gilmore
The Impossible
One night while working before the deadline, Malcolm Gilmore's project was halted when the lights in his office began flickering, with his computer switching off on its own. Suspicious of the sudden blackout, Gilmore walked towards the windows and saw a red thunderstorm outside. As he turned around, beakers of chemicals started floating upwards and defying gravity. Claiming it was impossible, a red lightning bolt struck from the sky and hit Gilmore in the chest, sending him flying backwards. Gilmore later regained consciousness and saw a classified police file detailing the death of Eddie Thawne, a man sharing his appearance.[2]
