Detective Edward "Eddie" Thawne was a police detective of the Central City Police Department and the ancestor of Eobard Thawne, better known as the Reverse-Flash.
Biography
The Impossible
In 2013, Eddie Thawne witnessed the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator explosion.[1]
Happy New Year
The Flash
Nine months later, Thawne began working with The Flash with Joe West. However, he was forced to commit suicide when he realized the villainous Reverse-Flash was his descendant.[1]
