The Sex Men is an organization devoted to preventing a worldwide sextinction.

At some point, Niles Caulder met the Sex Men.[1]
In 2019, the Sex Men detected high sex energy in Doom Manor and sent out a squad to investigate. After they arrived, they realized that it was caused by Flex Mentallo on Rita Farr which caught the attention of Shadowy Mr. Evans and tried to give birth to a baby. Later, Hammerhead killed both the baby and Mr. Evans.[1]
