Red is a criminal and member of The Whale.
Biography
Rise of Tobias Whale
In 2021, Red was ordered to assassinate Mayor Black.
Red later assisted Tobias Whale and intimidated Marshall Bates in order to speed up the production of the DEGs. He then threatened Bates with a bullet to the latter's head, using his powers to stop the bullet midair.[1]
