- Connection to The Green/Chlorokinesis: Isley has the ability to control and create all kinds of plant life, manipulating them as weapons and creating constructs to protect herself.[2]
- Pheromone Control: Isley can secrete pheromones from her body that renders her opponents unconscious, manipulate them into loving her, or transform them into trees.[3]
- Toxin Immunity: With a plant-based physiology, Isley is essentially immune to all form of toxins.[4]
- Regenerative Healing Factor: When buried in fresh soil, Isley can heal from extreme injuries and return to life.[5]

- Size Alteration: By ingesting some of Scarecrow's Fear Toxin, Isley was able to briefly grow in size.[6]
- Superhuman Strength: In her gigantic form, Isley could exert great strength from her bare hands.[6]
Abilities[edit | hide]
- Biochemistry: Isley was shown to be a gifted biochemist, being capable of synthesizing a serum for Nora Fries.[7]
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: During her time with Harley Quinn, Isley trained and learned a variety of combat moves, making her a capable combatant in the field.
- Marksmanship: Isley is proficient in handling standard firearms.[4]
Weaknesses[edit | hide]
- Fire: Like all plants, both Isley and her constructs are extremely vulnerable to fire.[8]
- Presence of Plants: Isley can only access her powers when there are plants within a fifty feet radius.[2]
- Specialized Toxins: While Isley is invulnerable to all forms of toxins, those that are synthesized with her DNA can harm her brain and affect her physiology.[4]
Former Weaknesses[edit | hide]
- Misanthropy: Isley used to suffer from misanthropy, often vomiting when in close range of other individuals.[2]
