Dr. Olsen was a doctor for Black Hole, and the person responsible for Ultraviolet's experiments.
Biography
Black Hole
At some point, Olsen started working for Black Hole and experimented on Metahumans, among those were Ultraviolet, who was Olsen's personal favorite experiment.[1]

In 2021, months after Black Hole's disbandment, Olsen started working for highest bidders until Ultraviolet attacked him for revenge for her lost voice. Olsen was saved by Sue Dearbon and Allegra Garcia. He promised Ultraviolet to return her voice if she kills both Dearbon and Garcia. Eventually, Olsen was incarcerated in Iron Heights Penitentiary after Allegra unlocked her true power potential.[1]
