    • Demon Physiology: As a demon of Hell, Neron possessed exceptional abilities involving the supernatural.
      • Dark Magic: As a high-ranking demon, Neron possessed vast knowledge on the dark arts and was implied to be able to outmatch both John Constantine and Nora Darhk.
      • Electromagnetic interference: While haunting John Constantine, Neron had been able to interfere with the lights in the apartment.[5]
      • Flight: While in his true form, Neron had the ability to fly and levitate in the air.[6]
      • Immortality: Neron did not physically age due to his demonic physiology, allowing him to live for centuries in Hell before being destroyed by Constantine.[7]
      • Life-Force Absorption: Neron was able to absorb Hank Heywood's life-force without physical contact, killing Heywood within seconds.[8]
      • Portal Opening: Utilizing fear energy, Neron was able to open a portal directly to Hell.[9]
      • Possession: Neron, like other demons, was able to possess the bodies of humans and control their movement. However, this ability was also weakness as Neron was unable of speech while in his true form.[5]

      • Superhuman Strength: While possessing the body of Ray Palmer, Neron was able to easily overpower John Constantine and throw him aside with a slap.[7]
      • Telekinesis: While haunting Constantine, Neron was able to move objects around him and lift him up with his mind, throwing him to the mirror with great force.[5]
      • Telepathy: Neron had the ability to talk to others in their mind and alter their dreams.

    • Intimidation: Neron was able to easily intimidate his enemies with his true demonic form.
    • Manipulation: Neron was shown to be manipulating Hank Heywood to achieve his goal without knowing.

    Weaknesses

    • Vessel Dependency: Neron was incapable of speech in his true form, making him dependent on human hosts. However, when he was exorcised from his hosts, he would be extremely weakened and easily to be destroyed.[6]
