Laura De Mille, better known as Madame Rouge, is a time traveller in search of Niles Caulder.

Biography

Arrival Imminent

In 2021, Laura arrived to Cloverton and saw a bystander shocked about her arrival. Laura then urinated on the ground and asked the bystander for her poster to clean up. Remembering her goal, she asked if the bystander knew who and where Niles Caulder is. Unfortunately, the bystander ran away in horror as Laura searched for Caulder alone.

Later, Laura arrived at Codsville Mountain Resort and refused to open the door for Rita Farr to escape, while shape-shifting into Farr's appearance.

While Niles's team were bidding farewell to the Dead Boy Detective Agency, Laura revealed her presence and asked if anyone wanted tea.
