Dr. Jonathan Tyme is the owner of the Time Capsule.
Biography
Early Life
At some point, Jonathan discovered Continuim and started looking for more across space time. Later, his head became a shape of a clock and is connected the Continuim. He later went mad and became the villain, Dr. Tyme. Soon afterwards, he lived in the Time Capsule which he controlled.[1]
Meeting Niles' Team
In 2019 (Earth time), Rita, Cliff and Jane decided to take away Jonathan's Continuim in order to give more time to Niles Caulder as he was dying and cannot be with [[Dorothy Spinner (Earth-21: Post-Crisis)|his daughter forever. The three of them used a Temporal Gateway to meet Jonathan. During their confrontation, Jonathan identified Rita and asked her for a dance. Cliff and Jane was confused and destroyed the DJ booth which caused Jonathan to get angry. Rita sensed danger and tried to pull of the "helmet" of Jonathan. However, they did not know the helmet was part of Jonathan's head and the brain fell out of his head. Rita felt sorry and turned back time, only to be banished by Jonathan back to Earth.[1]

- "Helmet": Jonathan has a head which people mistaken as a helmet. When the "helmet" is detached, the head will break as well and the brain will fall out.[1]
