Jack was a homeless man and a friend of Charlie Wright.

In 1990, Jack was approached by a stranger that gave him some money. After Jack thanked him, the stranger injected him with some sort of serum that mutated him. Jack called for help and managed to recognize one of his friends before dying. His corpse would later be moved in order to avoid the interference of the police.[1]
