Harleen Quinzel is a former villain, now a crimefighter in Gotham City known as Harley Quinn.

- Bilingualism: Quinzel is fluent in her native English and limited mimicry of Russian.[8]
- Peak Physical Condition: As an ex-professional gymnast and later an experienced criminal, Quinzel is capable of performing exceptional physical tasks with ease.[1]
- Acrobatics: Quinzel is an Olympic-level gymnast, with her often using her skills in her combat and to evade her opponents.[1]
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: During her time as a criminal, Quinzel trained herself to be an expert in combat, making her capable against powerful opponents such as Batman.[1]
- Bat Fighting: Quinzel's weapon of choice is a baseball bat, which she was proficient in fighting with.[1]
- Pilot: Quinzel was able to fly the Batplane.[12]
- Psychology: Before her descend into madness, Quinzel was a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum.[1]
