- Mental Manipulation: After her resurrection, Mooney gained the ability to control the behavior of other individuals with physical contact.

- Strategies: Mooney was capable of devising a plan to replace Carmine Falcone with herself as the leader of the crime family.
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Mooney was a skilled combatant, capable of combating criminals with experience in close combat.
- Marksmanship: Mooney was proficient in handling firearms.

- Cellular Degeneration: Every time Mooney used her superhuman abilities, her body rejects the new cells and deteriorates. This was later fixed by Hugo Strange, allowing her to access her abilities without them taking a toll on her health.
