In Tulsa of Earth-X a branch of Freedom Fighters consisting of The Ray, Dollman, Phantom Lady, Black Condor and Red Tornado are fighting Schutzstaffel squad led by Overgirl, Black Arrow and Blitzkrieg over the lives of several civilians.
