Lord Crucifer was the leader of the Tenth Circle.

At some point, Lord Crucifer became the leader of the Tenth Circle and an enemy of Breacher who he fought several times.
In 2018, Breacher went to confront Crucifer but found that his powers had diminished significantly due to his age, which gave Crucifer the opportunity to kill him until Vibe showed up to save him. He shot him with a sunlight cannon but found that it was ineffective, so the pair escaped just in time.[1]
