History
In 2017 of an erased timeline, Cisco Ramon lost his hands in a battle against Killer Frost. Later, Cisco started wearing a pair of prosthetic hands which does not allow to use his Vibe powers.[1]
Design
The pair of prosthetic hands is made of metal and connects to Cisco's wrist. However, it does not allow Cisco to use his powers as the powers must be used with physical hands.[1]
