Cynthia "Cindy" Burman (born 2004/2005)[2] is a popular and feared student at Blue Valley High School. She is the captain of the cheerleading squad and the daughter of Dragon King. After rebelling against her father, she uses the name of Shiv and fought against the newly formed JSA.
