Biography
In the Army
At some point, Chip Cooper served in the army and stationed in Fort Dakota.[1]
Abra Kadabra's Attack
In May 2020, Chip Cooper was assigned to arrest Abra Kadabra and was confronted by Vibe. Vibe then called him "chief", and Chip denied such rank as well as responding Vibe's use of the word "real". Chip later neither confirmed or denied the use of holograms in A.R.G.U.S.[2]
