Wayne Tower was the office of Wayne Enterprises and later Gotham Pride Real Estate.
History
At some point, Bruce Wayne left Gotham City and left the building under Luke Fox's supervision. In 2018, Kate returns from her travels and reclaimed the building as well as the company. Later, she founded out that Bruce was Batman and taken up the mantle as Batwoman, allowing her for the use of the Batcave which is built under the tower. During her time in Gotham, she decided to start an estate (Gotham Pride Real Estate) and used the tower as the office.[1]
