Washington, D.C., also known as Washington, District of Columbia, is a city in the United States and the former home of Hawk and Dove.
History
In 2014, Hank Hall and Dawn Granger moved to Washington, D.C. from Gotham City. Four years later, Dick Grayson brought Rachel Roth to Washington, D.C. in order to regroup and think about their next move.[1]
