Power-Dampening Cuffs are a series of cuffs with power-dampening technology.

At some point, power-dampening cuffs were made to disable individuals with dangerous powers and abilities.

The cuffs are thicker than normal cuffs and light will be emitted when locked which means the power-dampening device is activated.

Power Dampening: The cuffs dampens the powers of aliens, Metahumans and Cyborgs.
