Power-Dampening Cuffs are a series of cuffs with power-dampening technology.

History

At some point, power-dampening cuffs were made to disable Meta-Humans' powers after the first Particle Accelerator Explosion in 2013 and Barry Allen becoming The Flash.

Later, another series of cuffs were made to disable aliens with dangerous powers and abilities.

Design

The cuffs is thicker than normal cuffs and light will be emitted when locked which means the power-dampening device is activated. The alien cuffs are larger than those for Meta-Humans as aliens often have a larger physic than humanoids.

• Force Users: The cuffs does not work of Meta-Humans that connected to the universal forces, with Psych easily disabling the cuffs.
