Oneiric Energy are energies used by countless female individuals with Naltorian DNA in their blood.
History
At some point, Nia Nal founded out her powers and being able to use Oneiric Energy. Later, she bacame a vigilante known as Dreamer.[1]
In the 31st century, Winn Schott from 2017 was given Oneiric Energy by his fellow Legionnaire, Nura Nal who is a descendant of Nia Nal. Later Winn returned to 2020 to fight his doppelgänger, as Nia is still alive in 2020, Winn told her about his use of Oneiric Energy and amazed her with a skill she has not yet mastered yet.[2]
Design
The energy emits a light blue shimmer when being used. According to the users' mind, it can create different objects like a chain and a shield.
