    History

    At some point before 1990, the FBI has obtained information on incendiary device used during the Vietnam War, those informations would be obtained by Julio Mendez in order to identify an arsonist.[1]

    The Museum theft

    In 1990, Agent Mitch Lestrange and his partner Anderson were sent to Central City in order to protect the Death Mask of Rasputin at the Central City Museum from a group of thieves. The operation was a success and the mask showing was extended for a month.[2]
