Biography
Day of the Dead Festival
During the event of the Day of the Dead Festival, during the first night at the Hispanic neighborhood, all the statues at the church suddenly moved and blocked the traffic. Father Becerra was displaced as well and noticed the writing on top of the door. He then reported the events to the police but Lt. Garfield did not believe him. Later, he was introduced to Barry Allen and Julio Mendez who did not believe his story either.[1]
