Washington, D.C. is the capital city of the United States of America. It is often referred as the place where the FBI[1] or any government operation took their order.[2]

In 1990, the government sent special agent Mitch Lestrange and agent Anderson to Central City in order to protect the Russian national treasure called the Death Mask of Rasputin who was sent for the first time outside its home country for the first time.[1]
