“ | You know what they say, "All it takes for evil to succeed..." "Is for good men and women to do nothing." That's Titans. Good men and women not doing nothing. |

The Titans is a disbanded team of vigilantes operating in San Francisco. In 2019, a group of skilled and superpowered individuals was brought together while protecting Rachel Roth from The Organization, the group subsequently chose to become vigilantes and succeeded the original Titans.
History[edit source]
Formation[edit source]
At some point, the Titans were formed in San Francisco by Robin and Wonder Girl and Hawk and Dove joined.[1]
Aqualad later joined the group, with them encountering and apprehending Doctor Light four months later, sending him to San Quentin State Prison until his eventual escape.[2]
Disbandment[edit source]
Some time later, Aqualad was killed by Deathstroke after he jumped in front of a bullet meant for Jillian.[3] This tragedy resulted in the Titans disbanding and going their separate ways.[2]
Reformation[edit source]
“ | Families can be fucked up. I mean, look around. We've all spent our lives recovering from the damage done by our families. Donna knew something I didn't. If you throw enough strays together, you get the best kind of family. One bound not by DNA...but by a collective sense of duty and devotion to another. And when you lose someone you love...you need this. What we have right here. | ” |
— Dick Grayson's toast[src]

In 2019, the Titans were unofficially reformed with new members (Starfire, Raven and Gar Logan) in order to protect Rachel Roth from The Organization. Eventually, the original members of the Titans returned, alongside the new Robin, and joined together once more to extract Rachel from Trigon's control.[1]
Red Hood[edit source]
Months later, Jason Todd was beaten to death by the Joker.[4] Following his death, the Titans travelled to Gotham City and used the Batcave as their temporary base of operations.[5] However, they were quickly confronted by Jason, who used the alias "Red Hood" to terrorize Gotham and later caused the death of Hank Hall.[6]

“ | We're a family. A family that doesn't share blood? They've got my back. No matter what. We care for each other, and when they're happy, I'm happy. |
