The Strength Force is a Force of Nature.

In May 2020, the Strength Force was unleashed when Iris West-Allen reactivated the Speed Force.[1]
Later, Strength Force attacked the Speed Force along with the Still and Sage Force.[2]

- Superhuman Strength: Strength Force users are able to easily send a human flying and killing them in the process.[3]
- Superhuman Agility: Strength Force users were shown to easily jump over a building.[3]
- Superhuman Durability: Strength Force users were able to survive Antimatter, which can theoretically kill The Flash with a scratch.[3]
- Energy Absorption: Strength Force users were capable of converting The Flash's lightning bolt into energy for her to leap over a building.[3]
- Regenerative Healing Factor/Resurrection: When the Strength Force's creators, Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen, are in sync, it strengthens its users' bond with the force and gain the ability to heal themselves, eventually resurrecting themselves from death.[4]
- Seismokinesis: The Strength Force is able to create minor earthquakes using seismic isotopes.[3]
