The Smallville Fire Department, also known as Smallville, KS Fire & Rescue, is the local fire department of Smallville.

In 2004, Kyle joined the department.[1]
In 2020, Kyle Cushing was promoted to fire chief.[2]
In fall 2020, the fire department was called to put out a fire in the Shuster Mines after Jordan Kent accidentally caused an explosion with his heat vision. Clark Kent then shortly arrived on the scene to comfort his sons and thanked Kyle for helping.[2]
Following the battle of Smallville, the fire department assisted the rebuilding on Main Street.[3]
